Peter is internationally recognised as an expert in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Paradigm Techniques, Hypnosis and the behavioural sciences particularly in the application of coaching and business performance. His unique ability to understand the connection between the seemingly unrelated has been key to the success of the Evolved Coaching approach to creating change.
Labeled a serial entrepreneur, Peter has extensive experience in developing new business opportunities, conflict resolution, facilitating public sector policy development as well as equiping business with systems thinking approaches to their challenges in 17 Countries. He is a seasoned speaker in the area of performance and has developed the PEAK EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE SYSTEM™ that is available in several countries today.
Having personally experienced and recovered from, divorce, depression and financial disaster has taught Peter to connect with people where they are really at. He does this with compassion and sufficient parental love to take them beyond their pain. Peter believes that we all live our lives based on the stories we sell ourselves.
